2. Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your enrollment within 7 days of payment and before the course start date
- The course is cancelled by CodeStreet due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course for more than 7 consecutive days
- We fail to deliver the promised course content or services
Partial Refund (50%)
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You withdraw from the course within the first 2 weeks after the course start date
- You have attended less than 25% of the total course duration
- Medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances prevent course completion (documentation required)
No Refund
No refund will be provided if:
- You have attended more than 25% of the course duration
- More than 2 weeks have passed since the course start date
- You violate our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct
- You fail to meet minimum attendance requirements (less than 80%)
- Course completion certificates have been issued
- You switch to another course within our program
3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Send a written refund request to info@peakserves.com
- Include your full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for refund
- Provide any supporting documentation (medical certificates, etc.)
- Wait for our team to review and respond within 5-7 business days
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-15 business days
- UPI/Digital wallet refunds: 3-5 business days
- Cash payments: Contact our support team
4. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergency
If you cannot complete the course due to a medical emergency, you may be eligible for a refund with proper medical documentation. We will review each case individually and may offer course deferment as an alternative.
Course Transfer
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to:
- The next batch of the same course (subject to availability)
- Another course of equal or lesser value
- Transfer to another eligible student (with approval)
5. Installment Payments
For courses paid in installments:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid to date
- Future installments will be cancelled upon approved refund
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- Any outstanding balances must be settled before refund processing
6. Corporate and Bulk Enrollments
Corporate and bulk enrollment refunds are subject to separate terms as outlined in the specific agreement. Please contact our corporate team for detailed policies regarding bulk enrollment refunds.
7. Certification and Materials
Upon receiving a refund, you agree to:
- Return any course materials or resources provided
- Forfeit access to online platforms and content
- Return any certificates or credentials issued
- Discontinue use of course-related intellectual property
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We will review all disputes fairly and provide a final decision within 15 business days.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all enrollments made after the updated policy date. Existing enrollments will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of enrollment.
